Notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING of the BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS of the City of Gretna, Nebraska, will be held at 7:00 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2008, as part of their regular meeting, to approve or deny the following requests:

A) PUBLIC HEARINGS

1) To consider request for a variance from §11.04.02 regarding regulations relating to the issuance of a Building Permit and appeal the decision of the Zoning Administrator to deny the application for a building permit for the construction of a single-family dwelling due to incomplete information as required by current City of Gretna Ordinances on the following described property, to wit: Tax Lot 10 & 11, Sec 11, Twp 13N, Rng 10 E of the 6th P.M. Sarpy County, Nebraska, generally located 22505 Capehart Road. The applicant is Dr Earl Barney.

The Public Hearing will be held at the Gretna City Hall, 204 N. McKenna Gretna, Nebraska. The agenda for such meeting kept continuously current, is available for Public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk at the above address, which agenda the BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS may modify at such time.

All interested parties are asked to attend to express any objections to this request. A written objection must be filed with the City Clerk prior to the 13th day of May and will be heard at the Public Hearing.
