PUBLIC HEARING
May 20, 2008
Notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING of the City Council of the City of Gretna, Nebraska, will be held at 7:00 o'clock p.m. on May 20, 2008 as part of their regular meeting, to approve or deny the following requests:
1) George and Jeanette McFarling of 11890 S 219th Ave, Gretna, NE 68028 requests approval of a Preliminary/Final Plat of a subdivision to be known as Covington Replat 2 being a platting of Lot 30 Covington and Lot 3 Covington Replat 1 as surveyed, platted, and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska. (11720 S 202nd Street, Covington Subdivision)
2) RTR Enterprises of 11391 S 232nd Street, Gretna, NE 68028 and Bruce Williams/Spring Fever Inc. of P O Box 37, Gretna, NE 68028 requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Retail Garden Center in a GC zoning district on the following described property, to wit: Lot 107, Standing Stone as surveyed, platted, and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska. (11745 Hwy 6)
The Public Hearing will be held at the Gretna City Hall, 204 N. McKenna Gretna, Nebraska. The agenda for such meeting kept continuously current, is available for Public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk at the above address, which agenda the COUNCIL may modify at such time.
All interested parties are asked to attend to express any objections to this request. A written objection must be filed with the City Clerk prior to the 20th day of May and will be heard at the Public Hearing.
