PUBLIC HEARING

May 27, 2008

 

Notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING of the PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Gretna, Nebraska, will be held at 7:00 o'clock p.m. on May 27, 2008 as part of their regular meeting, to approve or deny the following requests:

 

A)         First Management Inc., Thomas W Adams of 1941 S 42nd Street, Suite 550 Omaha NE 68105 requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Motorcycle/ATV Sales and Service facility within a HC (Highway Commercial) Zoning District on the following described property, to wit: Lot 1 Nebraska Crossing Replat 2 as surveyed, platted, and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska. General Location is 14333 S Hwy 31, far east end of facility.

 

                        1)         Recommendation on Conditional Use Permit

 

 

B)        Reimer Properties of 4880 S 13st Street Omaha NE 68137 requests approval of a Change of Zone from AG to R-3, Multi-Family residential on the following described property; to wit: Lot 1 Truelson Subdivision as surveyed, platted, and recorded in Sarpy County, Nebraska. General location is 21110 Gruenther Road.

 

                        1)         Recommendation on Change of Zone

 

            The Public Hearing will be held at the Gretna City Hall, 204 N. McKenna Gretna, Nebraska. The agenda for such meeting kept continuously current, is available for Public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk at the above address, which agenda the COMMISSION may modify at such time.

 

            All interested parties are asked to attend to express any objections to this request.  A written objection must be filed with the City Clerk prior to the 27nd day of May and will be heard at the Public Hearing.
